This service is ideal for new construction, large or small-scale renovations, and home styling or furnishing projects. From design conception to project completion, we manage all aspects of the process—so you can enjoy a seamless, stress-free experience and a home that feels thoughtfully designed from start to finish.
Our process includes space planning, finish and material selections, custom millwork design, furnishings, lighting, artwork, and accessories. We work closely with builders and trades, manage procurement, and oversee installation—ensuring every detail is executed with care and intention.
Virtual Design
Not local to Wilmington? No problem. Our Virtual Design service allows us to bring our full-service design expertise to clients in Wilmington and beyond. Through collaborative virtual meetings and detailed digital plans, we help bring your vision to life—wherever you are.
Design Concierge
Need design help without the commitment of a full project? Our Design Concierge service offers flexible, on-demand support. Whether you need guidance for a few hours or a full day, we can assist with:

* In-person or virtual shopping sessions
* And more
This is a great option for anyone looking for quick, expert input on a specific design challenge.
Our Process

You’ll start by filling out our inquiry form which will provide us with information about the scope of your project. After receiving your inquiry form, we’ll send you our Investment Guide which further explains our design process and billing structure.
Next, we’ll schedule a 20-minute complementary Discovery Call to discuss your design needs more in-depth. At the end of our Discovery Call, if you feel like we’re a good fit for your project, we’ll send you a design questionnaire to get to know you and your design style a little better. We’ll schedule a one-hour, in-home consultation to take pictures, measurements, and detailed notes of your space. During this consultation, we’ll also discuss your completed design questionnaire.
If you are a Virtual Design Client, we’ll schedule a one-hour Video Consultation to tour the space together. Prior to this, we’ll send you a checklist to provide measurements, pictures, and other notes in regards to your space.

After our one-on-one consultation, we’ll get to work creating a design board crafted specifically for you. This is a visual presentation including room layout, color scheme and paint selections, material samples such as tile and fabric, and visual presentation for furniture and decor to be used for your project.

After your approval of all design plans and selections, we’ll get started ordering product and coordinating with trade vendors (such as carpenters, contractors, painters, and other collaborators) to bring your design to life.
We’ll provide project management throughout all phases of the design process. From design concept, to vendor communication, tracking and fulfillment of product orders, we manage all aspects of the design project.
You’ll receive weekly updates to inform you of the status of items ordered, along with an updated schedule to provide a timeline for project completion. We strive to maintain clear communication throughout our time together, ensuring an enjoyable client experience.

The last step of the process is installation day! This is when the design vision comes full circle, as we hang art, fluff pillows, and get ready to photograph your space and welcome you home.
